You can view and manage your MinkMap subscription directly from the platform or by contacting support.

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel at any time using either method below:
  • In the platform: Go to your account settings and select Cancel subscription.
  • By email: Send a cancellation request to contactus@minkmap.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to MinkMap until that date and won’t be charged again afterward.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you’re on a monthly plan, you’re billed every month. If you’re on a yearly plan, you’re billed once per year. To stop auto-renewal, cancel before your next billing date.
You can check your next billing date in your account settings.

Pricing changes

MinkMap may update its pricing from time to time. When this happens, you’ll receive at least 15 days’ notice by email or in-app alert before the new price takes effect.
Continuing to use MinkMap after a pricing change takes effect is considered acceptance of the new price.
